Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive customer communication and engagement across our existing customer base.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to scale up customer communication and engagement. You will be responsible for creating awareness, driving adoption, and focusing on getting promotions for customers by driving advocacy for our product.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, reporting into the VP of Customer Experience and collaborating with teams across product, data, customer insights, and marketing.
Main Responsibilities- Create and deliver campaigns that enhance brand engagement and work across the Go-To-Market activities that promote new products and features.
- Develop and execute digital customer journeys and communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or marketing automation.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
