Part-time Customer Solutions Role

Vodafone is seeking an enthusiastic customer champion to join our team. This exciting part-time opportunity will have you connecting with customers, discovering their needs, and providing the best solutions.

As a successful candidate, you will be adaptable, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine interest in technology. We will support your growth through comprehensive training, so prior experience is not necessary.

You will spend your time being a customer champion; ensuring customers receive the best value and advice. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide seamless customer experiences.

About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about technology, and want to make a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Work a minimum of 15.25 hours over 3 shifts
  • Be available to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills
