Lead Executive Kitchen Managers Wanted for Remote Positions

About the Role:

We seek experienced leaders to oversee kitchen teams in a remote village. As key members of our culinary team, you will be responsible for daily operations, rostering, ordering and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

This permanent full-time position offers a 14:7 roster with a 10 hour day (two weeks living on site and one week at home). Accommodation, meals, and facilities are provided while on site.

About You:
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia
  • Experience in bulk/batch cooking (FIFO experience preferred)
  • Leadership skills with supervising/managing a team of Chefs & Kitchen Attendants
  • Rostering, ordering, and budgeting skills
