Lead Sound AV Teams

The Sydney Opera House is a renowned global icon and one of the world's busiest live performance hubs. We are seeking an experienced lead to spearhead high-performing sound/AV teams across a dynamic, multi-venue live production environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to lead and develop sound/AV teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for professionals and students, encompassing practical, virtual, and classroom-based instruction.
  • Develop strategic training plans that align with business objectives, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee training schedules, support live productions, and contribute to organizational planning and resource development.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior sound/AV roles, with hands-on expertise in operating and managing professional audio visual systems.
  • Possession of relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in Live Production & Technical Services or higher) or equivalent senior-level industry experience.
