Job Title: Full Time Day Tours ConsultantKey Responsibilities
  1. Support the operations team in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily tours.
  2. Complete administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  3. Communicate regularly with the operations team regarding any changes or updates.
  4. Coordinate with guests to retrieve information and communicate any changes via phone and email.
  5. Promote and advise on our exceptional SEIT products.
  6. Assist with coach dispatch as required.
  7. Maintain accurate records in reservations systems and produce reports as needed.
  8. Work a rotating roster including early mornings and regular weekend shifts.
Requirements
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Strong communication skills in all formats.
  • Ability to organise and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable addressing guest enquiries.
  • Comfortable in pressure situations and able to problem-solve.
  • Previous administration experience is preferable.

About You

This role would be best suited to those with a hospitality and/or admin background. No prior tourism experience is required.
