We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Day Tours Consultant to join our team in Ayers Rock. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of tours and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team to deliver high-quality tours
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation
  • Communicate effectively with operations and guests to ensure seamless tour experiences
  • Promote and advise on our SEIT products to guests
  • Assist with coach dispatch and maintain accurate records
About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous administration experience is preferred, but not required.
