Integrated Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Planner to join our team at MECCA Brands. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in driving a world-class demand function that connects our brands to their sales targets, and our customers to their products of choice.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Demand & Supply Planning Process: Develop and implement demand and supply planning processes within S&OP to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Drive Demand Consensus: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive demand consensus and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Manage Inventory and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, manage inventory levels, and ensure optimal stock levels across our distribution centers.
- Partner with Brand Teams: Collaborate with brand teams to execute commercial targets, support efforts to lower CODB, and drive efficiencies.
- Improve Processes and Forecast Accuracy: Continuously improve processes and forecast accuracy in alignment with business initiatives to meet MECCA's customer availability goal and drive commerciality for our brand partners.
- Demand and Supply Planning Experience: Proven experience in demand and supply planning in a retail or FMCG industry.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong skills in Excel, including data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and develop solutions to drive business results.
- ERP Systems Experience: Experience with ERP systems, including data management and reporting.
