Job Role

The position of Team Lead is available within a team responsible for engineering outcomes across multiple programs.

  • Drive successful delivery of engineering outcomes.
  • Lead and support engineers, fostering growth while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Support systems engineering, production integration, and process improvement throughout the lifecycle.

Candidates will possess:

  • Extensive technical/engineering experience.
  • Good understanding of applicable toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation, and analysis software).
  • Knowledge of Facility Monitoring principles in defence environments.
  • Experience in Civil/Infrastructure development and installation projects.
  • Knowledge of Production Quality Control processes and lean six-sigma manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
