We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team as an Assistant Manager In Training. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their retail management career.

The role involves working at our Joondalup store, where you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in and completing our comprehensive management development training program
  • Driving sales improvements across all sales channels
  • Providing exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Inducting new team members
  • Completing administrative tasks in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your work
  • A current driver's license
