**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Sales and Management Trainee to join our team at our Belmont store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our comprehensive management development training program
  • Drive incremental sales improvements across all sales channels
  • Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Induct new team members
  • Complete administrative tasks in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your work
  • A current driver's license
