The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Liaison to join our team in Darwin, NT.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary health care services to clients in our clinic, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Facilitate healthcare provisions, including medication administration and immunizations as prescribed.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Perform checks of pharmacy invoices and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Div. 1 Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Primary Health nursing.
- Current First Aid or BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Current Federal Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Full working rights in Australia.
