Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Return to Work Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing caseloads and ensuring timely interventions to promote optimal health outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing individualized return-to-work plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals;
  • Providing education and training on workplace safety, injury prevention, and return-to-work strategies;
  • Working across various stakeholders, including employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health providers to achieve shared goals;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to inform evidence-based interventions.
