Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Education and Development Officer (Renal). In this role, you will provide education and support to clinicians across the renal practice area, developing and implementing education programs to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education programs to meet the needs of clinicians;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery;
- Maintain accurate records of education activities and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to renal care;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing or a related field;
- Postgraduate qualifications in education or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in renal care;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
