Lead Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering complex urban infrastructure projects.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading key packages across greenfield and brownfield subdivisions, industrial estates, and mixed-use developments.
  • They will engage with detailed design, design review, and client liaison to deliver high-quality results.
  • Responsibilities include technical leadership on roads, stormwater, water/sewer, earthworks, and WSUD for complex urban infrastructure projects.
  • Client relationships will be owned, scope and price work will be managed, and outcomes will be driven with a loyal repeat client base.
  • Mentoring and growing a high-performing civil team with director backing will also be a key responsibility.
  • Progression pathways toward Associate/Principal roles with autonomy and access to Directors will be available.
Key Requirements
  • A Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • 6-12 years of experience in land development and urban infrastructure is essential.
  • Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D, plus MUSIC/DRAINS; HEC-RAS is a bonus.
  • Strong authority liaison and OPW approvals experience is also required.
  • Confident client communication and a track record of delivering complex projects is necessary.
