Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to deliver face-to-face training in a classroom setting.

This role provides an opportunity to share knowledge and expertise with the next generation of retail professionals by committing to one day per week of face-to-face training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting training and assessment
  • Preparing session plans
  • Student support and tracking
  • Reporting student attendance and completing administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current qualification SIR30216 - Certificate III in Retail
  • Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Retail (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer)
  • Current VET PD
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs
  • Demonstrated experience with a range of delivery techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment
  • An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses
  • High level of interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience delivering to students with diverse learning needs
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Check/Clearance
