About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Director to lead our team at One Tree Community Services in Yarralin, Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators to provide high-quality early childhood education in a remote Aboriginal community
  • Oversee the operations of the 25-place centre, supporting and welcoming children and families
  • Recognise and develop the strengths in children and team members, and commit to working within One Tree Community Service's spirit, purpose, and values
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a managerial role or extensive 2IC experience
  • Diploma in early childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check and Satisfactory National Police Clearance
  • Valid driver's licence and Northern Land Council Permit
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
