Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education and Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our educators to implement programs that foster child-led discovery and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our educators to develop and implement engaging early childhood programs aligned with the EYLF framework.
  • Nurture and develop our team members through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND COLLEAGUES TO PROMOTE A CULTURE OF COOPERATION AND COLLABORATION.
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • PASSION FOR DEVELOPING THE POTENTIAL OF EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNERS.
