Job Opportunity

The Reverse Logistics Team Member plays a pivotal role in optimizing returned goods and supporting warehouse operations. This dynamic team member ensures efficient processing, inspection, and documentation of stock while contributing to waste reduction and recovery initiatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged items.
  • Track and document returned stock accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for recycling or repurposing items.
  • Assess items for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions.
  • Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support general warehouse tasks as needed.

About You:
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail for assessing and processing returned stock.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Understanding of inventory management and stock documentation.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
  • Experience with furniture handling is beneficial.
  • Current forklift license.
