Your clinical expertise and people skills will be essential in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

We're looking for an experienced clinician with a strong background in acute healthcare practice. Your proficiency in computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded. As a Care Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, applying your clinical skills to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
