Job Overview

A leadership position in a rapidly growing legal practice has become available.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled commercial lawyer who can make a significant contribution to our growth and success.

The successful candidate will have the ability to run matters independently with commercial precision, supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals, meet targets and deliver results without excuses.

They will also contribute to our vision of building a high-performance, high-integrity business and be involved in equity discussions in the near future.

The Role
  • Run complex matters with precision and accuracy
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Meet key performance indicators and deliver results
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performance business culture
  • Be part of senior management discussions and decision-making
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of high-value clients and matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial law (ideally with litigation and construction experience)
  • A proven track record of strong billables and client outcomes
  • Leadership capability and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • A performance-driven mindset and a desire for career advancement
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and tools
