Associate – Debt Advisory – Leading Australian Firm

Our client is a leading, boutique, advisory firm that are known for their long-term relationships with a range of corporates, sponsors and governments. The business has over 20 years' of experience in providing debt advice and capital advisory solutions, priding themselves on their ability to think outside of the box. Ticket sizes can range anywhere between $30mio and $2bio and there has been a strong track record of repeat business since inception.

In this role, you will be exposed to various facets of the transaction process and will develop relationships with finance providers including local and offshore banks, institutional investors and private credit funds. You will be responsible for conducting due diligence, documentation and financial modelling.

Our client is looking for candidates from 2-8 years' of experience and will consider backgrounds in debt advisory, credit funds, investment banking, domestic banking, or big four accounting firms. Due to variety across the debt spectrum, the ideal candidate will possess a motivation towards working in an agile and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and an ability to distil complex information, you must also be able to multi-task and function under pressure.
