Business Solutions Recovery Position Overview

This role involves collaborating with small business customers who are experiencing long-term financial difficulties. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to devise a sustainable solution that benefits both the customer and the organization.

  • Manage accounts that have fallen behind or are non-compliant with contract terms.
  • Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders by negotiating arrangements with customers in complex circumstances.
  • Cultivate working partnerships with Bankers, Customer Care, legal service providers, credit, and risk management teams to create strategies for supporting customers.
  • Support the management of complex matters, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Internal Dispute Resolution processes.
  • Maintain a portfolio by adhering to relevant processes and procedures, and regularly communicate with customers to resolve overdue accounts in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage risk, meet policy requirements, perform control measures, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Evaluate lending credit submissions for restructuring and security discharges.

This position is a 12-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent placement or contract extensions.
