Lead Product Strategist - Geotechnical Solutions

A high-impact Senior Product Owner is required to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions that drive business success. This critical role involves shaping strategies and ensuring product excellence across all lifecycle stages.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of geotechnical behaviour in mining/civil industries, combined with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geosciences (Geology, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar) is essential, along with experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product management tools.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering user-centric, innovative solutions and possess excellent organisational and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain market leadership by leveraging knowledge of mining, civil construction, and geotechnical engineering/geosciences to inform product strategies.
  • Develop product roadmaps and translate technical concepts into actionable strategies to ensure high-impact and high-value solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Guide products through every lifecycle stage, ensuring optimal business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand geotechnical behaviour in mining/civil industries.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geosciences (Geology, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar).
  • Business qualifications or equivalent commercial expertise highly regarded.
