Product Development Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development of seasonal and promotional product ranges across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead private label strategy and product development to deliver high-quality, compliant, and commercially successful products.
  • Drive sales, profit, and agreed private label deliveries through effective sales and performance management.
  • Maintain effective sourcing relationships with manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Ensure all deliverables are achieved in line with brand values and contractual obligations through progress management.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in private label and product development in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of China sourcing and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Product Design.
  • Background in Category Management or Retail.
  • Experience working with international suppliers.
