Emergency Response Team Manager Job Description

About the Role:
  • Lead an onsite emergency response team to ensure swift and effective response to critical situations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of emergency response protocols
  • Overseeing team members to guarantee efficient performance in crisis scenarios
  • Maintaining a 2:2 roster pattern with regular 12-hour shifts

For this challenging role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Emergency Services Officer with strong leadership skills
  • A Certificate 3 in Emergency Response and Rescue along with training in Training & Assessment (desired)
  • Current driver's license with ability to pass a full pre-employment medical examination
