Job DescriptionThis role involves managing multiple clients including both renewals and new business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of professional indemnity insurance and be client-oriented, comfortable providing training, mentorship, and coaching to fellow staff as well as presenting to external clients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence in building and maintaining successful relationships and manage service standards by timely response to broker requests.
The Professional Indemnity portfolio consists of accountants, engineers, real estate agents, and Design & Construction professionals.
The role requires developing business opportunities within the Professional Indemnity segment, communicating DUAL's underwriting appetite to broking partners, and contributing to the training and development of underwriting staff.
The salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on the individual's skills and experience.
