Professional Indemnity Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Indemnity Underwriter to join our underwriting team in Sydney.
This role involves developing business opportunities within the Professional Indemnity segment, managing a Professional Indemnity portfolio, and communicating DUAL's underwriting appetite to broking partners.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced professional indemnity insurance professional with a strong understanding of professional indemnity insurance and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business opportunities within the Professional Indemnity segment
- Manage a Professional Indemnity portfolio
- Communicate DUAL's underwriting appetite to broking partners
- Develop and maintain broker relationships
- Analyse and approve referrals for junior staff
- Contribute to the training and development of underwriting staff
You will be a motivated and experienced professional indemnity insurance professional looking to join our hard-working Underwriting team in Sydney.
You will have a strong understanding of professional indemnity insurance and be client-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a passion for quality service.
You will be comfortable providing training, mentorship, and coaching to fellow staff as well as presenting to external clients.
