
Human Resources Coordinator

As a key member of the HR team, you will support various administrative tasks, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, training activities, and internal communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives to promote a positive work environment and encourage open dialogue.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.
