Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Perth Metropolitan area (South of the River) in Armadale and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate individual to make a difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you will provide care and support to clients with varying needs, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks and activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Help clients develop and implement personal plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years experience in aged care or disability
  • A genuine passion for care work and effective communication skills
  • An adaptable and organized approach to work
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
  • National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
  • Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates
