About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre and post-sales process by recommending best practice use of our established product set.
  • Communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts, adapting customer workflows and integrating APIs.
  • Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.
  • Document test scenarios of configuration to support QA.
  • Collaborate with the configuration and training teams to deliver customer requirements and align with the broader Solera team on new product developments.
  • Provide 3rd-level support on customer deliveries and SME products.

About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with at least 7 years of experience in delivering large transformation programs using high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.

You should have:

  • Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.
  • Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
