Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Mining Sales Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regional sales support to MineStar solutions sales teams, collaborating with reps, dealers, and their customers to grow business in the underground market.

  • This includes assisting in preparing and delivering technical sales presentations and demos to dealers and customers, ensuring alignment with commercial support and product teams.
  • You will develop commercial offers and programs with cross-functional teams, analyzing territory market opportunities and trends for annual business planning.
  • In addition, you will collect Voice of Customer and competitive intelligence for product development, providing regional sales forecasts for existing and new products.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field is required.
  • Prior experience in mining, with a strong understanding of underground processes and IP networks, is also necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with operational technology systems and onboard machine technology would be an asset.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent PC and IT skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
