Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is an opportunity to work with your Store Manager to help lead a supportive and caring community, delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by utilising MyFit 3D technology.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Champion team training, development, and succession planning to build a strong workforce.
  • Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior casual Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A 'results-driven' mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
