Product Marketing Specialist

Our team is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive sales, retention, and growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing campaigns from concept to completion, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise outcomes. You will also be responsible for analysing data to inform decision-making, refine customer targeting and segmentation, and optimise marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that achieve sales, retention, and growth targets.">
  • Manage campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring speed, compliance, and effectiveness.">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise outcomes.">
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making, refine customer targeting and segmentation, and optimise marketing strategy and execution.">
  • Identify new marketing channels, test innovative ideas, and embed continuous improvement.">

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in direct and/or product marketing, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.

• Marketing Automation experience as part of a broader product or direct marketing background.

">

• Proven success delivering through-the-line marketing campaigns.

">

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.

">

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

">

• Experience managing agencies and working with internal creative teams.

">

• A commercial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

">

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or related field.
