Job Title: Senior Financial Adviser

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality financial advice to individuals and businesses. They must possess strong communication skills, be able to articulate the value of personal financial advice, and have a deep understanding of financial planning software.

  • Provide expert-level financial advice to clients on investment strategies, risk management, and retirement planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date with industry changes, new strategies, and product enhancements.
  • Mentor and support junior advisors to ensure they meet the required standards of professional conduct.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain current knowledge and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Financial Planning qualifications (FASEA compliance).
  • Completed Professional Year program.
  • Active membership on the ASIC Adviser Register.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior financial planner, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software, including proprietary systems and external tools.

  • Deliver high-quality financial advice and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform advice and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and industry bodies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Design and implement comprehensive plans to meet the financial goals of individual and business clients.
