- Ensure teams understand and adhere to relevant service standards and outcome measures.
- Facilitate connections with community and clinical services and resources through thorough assessment and referral processes.
- Support consumers in collaboration with consortium partners within a specialized recovery framework, including the application and understanding of the Intentional Peer Support framework.
- Proficient in active listening with a versatile professional communication style.
- Capable of quick thinking and rapid response in critical situations.
- Exceptional time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to coach and lead a team effectively.
- Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, or substantial relevant experience.
