Key ResponsibilitiesThis client-facing role requires strong interpersonal skills, operational management experience and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and scheduling of site supervisors and staff
- Meeting performance targets and key metrics
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can:
- Manage day-to-day operations to deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Determine staffing requirements, onboard and train new staff
- Lead and manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
- Complete regular inspections and audits
- Prepare client proposals and assist with tender responses
- Implement and manage health and safety practices
- Monitor individual and team performance and take action to address identifiable learning and development needs
- Proactively manage HR and employee performance issues
- Ensure services are provided to the highest standard
