We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' financial back-office and unlocking long-term value from our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction, strong retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and upsell opportunities within the client's financial back-office needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Guide clients through training, communications, and change management, setting them up for long-term success.
- Be accountable for overall account health, working with your team to ensure that service quality standards are met.
- Act as an escalation point for major client issues, coordinating with managers and experts to resolve challenges.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in customer-facing roles, such as business advisory, client accounting, virtual CFO, or public practice accounting.
- Has a strong understanding of financial operations, bookkeeping, or back-office finance workflows.
- Is an amazing communicator who can get cut through with business owners by making complex financial concepts approachable.
- Can analyze data and translate insights into action plans for clients.
