Rentokil Initial is excited to offer a position for a Local Service Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will employ your collaborative and motivating leadership style to mentor and direct a team of service personnel, ensuring they consistently provide outstanding service to our customers while fostering sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Mentoring and training the Service Team to meet performance targets. Evaluating service productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and striving for continuous enhancement. Executing the annual operational strategy for the region. Conducting regular quality assessments of designated client accounts and facilities. Ensuring adherence to company service protocols and identifying avenues for elevating service quality. Optimizing service efficiency through available tools and technology. Maintaining the team's vehicles in a safe, reliable, and tidy condition. Proactively addressing customer concerns. Building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A Pest Control License or the willingness to obtain one within the first five months through our accredited training programs. A minimum of three years in a comparable service-oriented role. A minimum of three years of management experience in a service or operational context. Expertise in implementing workplace safety measures, resolving disputes, and reporting to senior management. Strong communication skills and commercial acumen. A commitment to leading by example and maintaining high standards of customer service.
