Melanoma Telehealth Support Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled oncology nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of melanoma patients and their families.

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to provide high-quality telehealth support through phone and video consultations, ensuring seamless care coordination and patient empowerment.

  • Deliver evidence-based information, education, and support to patients and their loved ones.
  • Facilitate internal and external referrals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians to ensure comprehensive care pathways.
  • Conduct individual and group support sessions to foster a sense of community and connection.
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources to enhance patient understanding and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in oncology nursing, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Graduate Certificate in Oncology
  • 5 years minimum experience in a clinical setting
  • At least 2 years' recent experience in Oncology Nursing
  • At least 12 months recent experience providing telehealth services
  • Experience and knowledge of survivorship principles
