
Taxation Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to support clients across various touchpoints, including phone, email, web chat, and online portals. This role involves:
- Providing timely and tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Understanding individual client circumstances and offering informed guidance to facilitate successful outcomes.
- Navigating challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
This position requires the ability to work in a scheduled contact centre environment, delivering high-quality service to clients between 7am and 7pm. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive client relationships while making informed decisions to resolve enquiries.
You will work collaboratively with your team to share knowledge, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations throughout Australia.
