We are seeking a law graduate or newly admitted solicitor with experience in family law and/or crime. This position is to commence as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, binding financial agreements, divorce and separation;
  • Appear at the magistrates and district court for mentions, sentences and bail applications;
  • Work closely with our director on all matters;

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • A high attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to manage several priority matters simultaneously and autonomously.
