An amazing and exciting career opportunity has become available for a Family Law Solicitor to join an established and busy law practice, specialising in Family and DV law. You will be based in our Maroochydore City office on the Sunshine Coast, with our main office positioned in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, some time can be spent working in the CBD office if and when required.

This role is ideal for a dedicated legal practitioner seeking a genuine commitment to their career development, with exposure to an array of stimulating matters. Mentoring from our Senior Team is provided along with on the job training.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • At least 2 years post admission experience

  • a valid Queensland Practicing Certificate

  • the ability to appear confidently in both State and Federal courts on a regular basis

  • A valid drivers licence

It goes without saying that you will demonstrate an eagerness and ability to handle complex and challenging matters, a proactive approach to all tasks, and the ability to foster strong professional relationships within an established and successful team.
