Looking for a fulfilling career that offers stability and growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response in a fast-paced public transport environment.

About the Role

This part-time position requires providing high-level security and customer service duties, including guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises. You will be responsible for responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support. Your skills in assessing and responding to situations of risk, access control, incident report writing, and data logs are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

You will work a minimum of 36 hours per week over three 12-hour day shifts between Monday and Friday. This role requires flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends.

Requirements:
  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License - Highly regarded
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
