We're seeking motivated and reliable Part-Time Security Officers based in Brisbane to join our team, providing essential support for one of our largest and most exciting public transport contracts.
This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to learn, grow, and make a difference in their community by ensuring the safety and comfort of the public.Role RequirementsAvailability on Friday and Saturday Nights: Full availability on these nights is essential, as they are our busiest times and require a strong team presence.You must hold a valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd ControlMust hold a valid QLD Drivers LicencePassion for Safety and Security: We are looking for people who take pride in contributing to a safe and secure environment.A Positive and Professional Attitude: Your role will include interacting with the public, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.Note: This role involves working on moving public transport vehicles; individuals who experience motion sickness may find this position unsuitable.The Ideal Candidate Will Have The FollowingValid QLD Security LicenceCrowd ControlFirst Aid CertificateDrivers LicenceFlexible with Availability - must be able to commit to Friday and Saturday nightsAbility to follow instructionsAbility to write incident reportsAbility to respond to Security IncidentsYour Main Responsibilities Will IncludePatrolsIncident responseFirst aid responseCustomer serviceLiaising with and providing assistance to external stakeholders such as emergency servicesAbout SecurecorpSecurecorp is a successful, progressive company providing premium security, cleaning, electronics and monitoring services nationally across various industries including retail, events, corporate sites, and aviation.
