Transport Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team located in Canungra.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating company and Defence public passenger vehicles, maintaining vehicle documentation and performing daily inspections of vehicles. They will also be required to issue quotes and liaise with external service providers, as well as lead and train a small-medium size team.

About the Role:

  • Operating company and Defence public passenger vehicles
  • Maintaining vehicle documentation & performing daily inspections of vehicles
  • Issuing quotes and liaising with external service providers
  • Team leadership, supervision and training of a small - medium size team
  • Scheduling and meeting all client requests for vehicle movement

Requirements:

  • Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
  • Current Driver's licence
  • Must Obtain a Current MR OR HR Licence
  • Must or willinging to Obtain and Retain Driver's Authority
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Resilience, a 'can-do' attitude and adaptability
