About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Director to lead our bridge development team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for building our Bridges brand, industry standing, and presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate extensively with our Civil Infrastructure business to drive growth and opportunity pipeline development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading talent in the bridges community across the ANZ region and globally
  • Develop and execute strategies for client engagement and lead direction and coaching for client relationship managers
  • Drive the capture planning process and establish teams to pursue opportunities, taking the lead on bid director/bid lead for Bridges lead pursuits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized reputation and position of trust in the market
  • Proven success in securing Bridges pursuits
  • Ability to discuss Bridges considerations confidently with Contractors and Delivery Partners
  • Leadership skills to write tenders and rapidly identify key issues and form win strategies
  • A hunger to win work and establish our position as a leading Bridges consultancy in the infrastructure sector in NSW + ACT
  • Ability to represent AECOM at client functions and industry events
