Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

The Club Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness club. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic and reliable, with excellent customer service skills.

This is a varied role, which involves assisting members at the front desk, handling membership administration and maintaining the overall appearance of the club.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Club Owners to deliver an exceptional member experience.

  • Greet and assist members with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle membership enquiries, sign-ups and other related tasks.
