Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve sales targets and provide a great shopping experience for customers
