As a Customer Service Team Member at Woolworths, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys from around the store, the connecting car park, and surrounding areas.

Woolworths is offering seasonal casual employment to support our stores during our busiest time, which is typically October to February. You will be offered work as required by us during this period. It is not expected that we will continue to offer you shifts after this time.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about great customer service, has a hunger to make a tangible difference, and is looking for a place to develop. If you have a customer-first mentality, love of teamwork, and are flexible and adaptable to change, we would love to hear from you.
