Executive IT Leadership Role

This is an executive-level opportunity to lead and develop a team of IT professionals, designing and implementing IT strategies that drive business transformation and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and their business impact, with proven experience managing high-performing people-centric teams and delivering technology strategies that enable business transformation and innovation.

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's ERP and technology strategy, aligned with commercial and operational goals.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a team of IT professionals to deliver and support the IT environment.
  2. Keeping up-to-date with latest technology trends and best practices, recommending new technologies and approaches to improve IT operations.
  3. Working with various business teams to capture, manage, and deliver business system requirements.
  4. Providing support and ownership of incidents impacting CMC/Monitoring operations.
  5. Driving innovation and continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
  6. Ensuring scalability, performance, and usability of business platforms and integrations.
About You

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior technology leadership roles.
  • A background in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, people-centric teams.
  • Track record of delivering technology strategies that enable business transformation and innovation.
